The NBA suspended Los Angeles Lakers guard Patrick Beverley for 3 video games with out pay on Thursday for forcefully shoving Phoenix Suns heart Deandre Ayton from behind and knocking him to the courtroom.

Per the NBA launch, the suspension was “based mostly partially on Beverley’s historical past of unsportsmanlike acts.”
